Seniors Residence

Tenancy at 155 Forum Drive is reserved for independent seniors aged 65+. The residence is fully wheelchair accessible and features 60 bachelor style apartments, a common area, multipurpose room, dining room, outdoor patio, laundry facilities, and an office for visiting physicians, nurses, etc. All apartments feature individual thermostatic controls for heat and air conditioning, kitchenette equipped with stove and refrigerator, large full washroom and underground parking is available.

An Assistive Living and Supports for Daily Living Program operates 24/7 with an on site PSW. This program also offers transportation services; commercial pharmacy services and a full time Recreation/Volunteer coordinator that provides multiple programs to enrich the lives of our residents on a daily basis. All utilities are included. Tenants have the option to add TV, phone and internet from a local provider at tenant’s expense.
