Subsidy Applications

Peel Access to Housing is the point of access for people who want to apply for subsidized housing in the Region of Peel. They maintain a centralized waiting list for more than 40 social housing providers across the Region.
The quickest way to get your application for housing subsidy to the Region of Peel is to apply online. If you can’t apply online, you can also apply in the following ways:

Call the Region of Peel at 905-453-1300 (Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) to complete the application over the phone.

Download and print out an application form (PDF), and then:
Deliver it in person to a Region of Peel service location, or mail the completed form to:
