Supports for Daily Living program

Applications for our Supports for Daily Living program should be made through the SDL Central Registry (905-281-4443 or www.centralregistry.ca). The SDL Central Registry offers a coordinated point of access for all referrals to the 8 different Supports for Daily Living providers within the communities of Mississauga, Oakville, South-West Etobicoke, and parts of Milton.
